10% of amount paid by you using this online payment option will be deducted as admin charges if the payment is done by you without prior confirmation from our Booking Office at Mumbai.

10% of the total booking amount will be charged as retention, in case the cancellation of booking is done minimum 7 days prior to the arrival date and the balance booking advance will be refunded within 10 - 15 working days on such cancellation.

One day retention will be charged for all cancellations made between 7 - 3 days prior to arrival and the balance booking advance, if any, will be refunded within 10 – 15 working days of such cancellations.

The entire advance amount will stand forfeited for all cancellations made within 3 days of arrival or no show. If the guest does not check-in before 3.00 p.m. on date of arrival, his booking will be treated as "no show" and the said room will be released.

If the holder of the credit card is not the occupant of the room, then the guest should posses a photocopy of both sides of the card, which will have to be self attested by the card holder authorizing the use of the card for the booking of room(s). For security reasons, please strike out the card verification value (cvv) code on the copy of your card. This photocopy should also contain:

a. the name of the guest

b. the date of check in

c. the date of check out

d. No. of persons, and,

e. Contact no. of Guest

Balance Payment due, if any, on arrival.
